Start with the signs
Warning lights, unusual noises, vibration, fluid leaks and poor acceleration all deserve attention. Difficult starting, weak AC, overheating, shifting changes and changes in braking or steering are further reasons to ask for an inspection.
What to tell the workshop
Explain what changed and when it happens. If the symptom affects braking, steering, temperature or control, stop safely and arrange assistance instead of continuing normal driving.
